Orosea Eshiala Kaylyn Rex Lady Belesarious, born 3 May 2091, is the wife of Praetor Rayden Belesarious and, as such, is First Lady of the Antaran Dominion.
She is formally addressed as Her Excellency Orosea Eshiala Rex Lady Belesarious, Honored First Lady of Antara.

Life
Youth
Orosea Belesarious was born Orosea Eshiala Flavia on 3 May 2091 to Toutius and Bernadette Flavia, in the city of Indoril in northern Tritemma Province. She is the eldest of three daughters, with two younger sisters (twins Jensine and Ishera, both born 14 February 2092).
The Flavia family is a well-known one but is not one of the Great Houses of Antara. The family is considered to be upper class, and its reputation and bearing fit this classification well. The Flavia family is active in the banking industry and holding substantial investments in many worldwide banking enterprises.
Orosea entered the Indoril Elite Girl's Academy on 1 September 2096. She developed a powerful love for music and the arts, and enjoyed her writing and literature classes. She took up the violin and would develop a formidable skill with that instrument. She is also an accomplished opera singer, putting on events annually for charity fundraising.
As a teenager, Orosea worked with charity efforts in and also promoted music and after school activity for younger children with the Youth League. She was involved in the Fine Arts Circle at Indoril Academy and was its president her final year at the school.
During secondary education at Indoril, Orosea began to show the signs of the elegant beauty she was destined to become. She was much sought by the young gentlemen of her hometown, but her heart was captured early on by a tall, muscular young history buff named Rayden Belesarious. She saw him performing in A Requiem in Gold at a historical festival Indoril and Tritemma Boy's Academy co-sponsored two years before graduating and met with him afterward in April of 2105. The two struck up a conversation which ended with Rayden inviting her to dinner. The two began dating regularly after that.
Orosea graduated from Indoril Girl's Academy on 31 May 2107 with a perfect 4.0 GPA. The next two years were spent at the University of Tritemma, where she earned a Bachelor's in Fine Arts and became a music instructor for a local general academy. She and Rayden were pledged to one another in late 2108. Belesarious offered her a solid gold ring with a pure Abecean white pearl set into it to seal the pledge.
On 1 June 2109, Orosea saw her boyfriend Rayden off to basic training after he joined the Navy and was accepted into the Marine Corps. She later told an interviewer, "Every day after that I prayed three and four times a day for him. Being an officer of Antara is a challenging duty. Even though I knew he was capable of taking care of himself, that didn't stop me from wishing only the best for him."
Shortly after Rayden left for the Navy, Orosea herself entered military medical training and was certified as a grade 2 naval nurse at Bamz Amschend Naval Base. Only one rank - grade 1 - is higher. As a grade 2, she was part of triage and emergency response services and was a surgical assistant during all other times. She served in this post until just a few weeks after Rayden returned from Kelshvir.
Marriage
After Rayden returned from the anti-piracy missions and was returned to active duty, he began to see more of his future wife. She visited him on frequently during her free time from the base medical center. Future First Administrator Talon Durla told an interviewer, "You would see Orosea but wouldn't dare put the eyes on her. No one wanted to push the head of the unit unless they wanted tesserary duty for a month."
Two weeks after returning from Kelshvir in 2111, Rayden proposed to Orosea on 9 April 2111. On 9 May 2111, six days after her twentieth birthday, she and Rayden were married in a beautiful traditional ceremony at Thelsarai Temple. Their best man was Talon Durla. Also part of the honor entourage were Andro Malachi, Arden Desann, Farid Banjeer and Tirion Fordring. At the completion of the ceremony, Rayden donned the gleaming armor of an Imperial Marine officer, and Orosea the white silken dress and furnishings of a noble lady.
On 21 January 2112, Rayden and Orosea had their first child, a son they named Emthoro Oreyn Belesarious. Later that year, on 2 November 2112, the couple had their second child, also a son, who they named Torhan Armand Belesarious. Their third child, Garolin Pelagius Belesarious - also a boy - was born on 17 April 2114. Their most recent child, Balthier Terric, was born on 24 August 2115.
To this day, she is affectionately called "Oro" by her husband and close family. Her nephews and nieces call her "Aunt Oro".
To her husband privately, she is also known as meus venustus carmen - "my lovely song". Or, more personally, as raven saeta angelus - "my raven-haired angel".

Lady Belesarious has, as First Lady of Antara, an extensive and very elegant wardrobe that has within it numerous designs and styles, all of which reflect both her deep love for Antaran tradition, her willingness and desire to display the beauties of classical Antaran women's fashion to the world, and her duty to look her absolute best for any who would be guests of her husband, or in representing her husband and the Dominion around the world. As such, she has appeared publicly in a variety of garments that the public of Antara have come to recognize as being purposefully designed for specific functions.
First Lady
As First Lady of Antara, Orosea Belesarious has captivated many with her elegance and intelligence. She is engaging and enjoys good intellectual conversation. Her dinner parties are known for these long discussions of philosophy, history, science and technology. Her beauty and elegance are well-matched by a keen intelligence and sharp wit, as she has been known to cut those who would flirt with her off at the knees in certain situations. Despite her skill and her wit, her husband is known to be fiercely protective of her.
While not an advisor or such, she is a source of gracious gentleness which her husband turns to during his times of quiet contemplation or meditation. Known for his quiet and extremely private ways, she is one of the absolute fewest people who may access her husband at any time of day or evening with absolutely no restriction.
Modes of Address
Lady Orosea, as First Lady, is referred to in direct conversation traditionally as "Your Grace". She may also be referred to as "Lady Belesarious". Only family and friends may address her by her given name. Her husband will tolerate no other style.
