History
The Kingdom of Brikjund

The history of Muotta begins by the foundation of the Kingdom of Brikjund after Theodore Bragiji federated the tribes of Brikjund and installed himself as King of the new Kingdom of Brikjund.
The regime remains for centuries, until 2064, when the oligarchic Kingdom, is destroyed by a Coup from the Muottan community and the Republican Brikjunders. It is then followed by the Social Republic of Brikjund
The Half Revolution

After the Revolution, a communalist dictatorship is installed for a few months, after which the population rebels once more.
The establishment of the Consular Dictature
Elections are organized by Obleka and Rastaji to elect the Transitive Power which will make a new Constitution. As they are good democrats, Obleka and Rastaji were not candidates for this election and they did not take any exposed opinion about it. The Muottan Nationalists (Muotta re Natijos) wins. They establish the Consular Republic of Muotta. They write the Constitution in three years, recognizing two languages : Muottan and Ingliz (which have a special status), but not recognizing Brikjunders as Muottan, abolishing liberties granted by the Revolution of Rocrije and the Half Revolution and establishing an autocratic power.
The two Populations
The Brikjunders
The Brikjunders are presents in these territory since it was discovered around the year 1300. At that time, they were living in different clans always at war. When the Kingdom of Brikjund was founded, all the clans were condemned to join or to die. In fact, Brikjunders have always been good and warm people, and when the Muottans arrived in Brikjund, they were warmly welcomed by the population. Of course, they were not very well considered by the power and by a part of the population, that is why hosting them quickly became forbidden, but a great part of the population were still hiding them. After the Half Revolution, the Brikjunders were hoping that the coming new State could permit them to live in a fully liberal and democratic Republic, but their hopes quickly became desapointed, as they were not recognized as Muottans and they were chased by the Security Council. In fact, if during the Half Revolution, they were not as numerous as the Muottans, the Brikjunder population is actually increasing very quickly ; if the Brikjunder natality stay so high, they will rapidly be the most important population, even if they are still clandestine. Nowadays, they are all hiding in the valleys between Boilangre and Pchandjie ; uneven mountains, very difficult to cross but beautiful places. They are now waiting for the Revolution. But if they are found, they are brought to the Ghetto of Grimpre, where they are condamned to die of starving with the DVB's and the ACB's Members (see Contestation). They speak a different language than Muottan : the Brikjunder.
The Muottans
When they took the power, they hoped to have a democratic power ; and because they were the biggest population, they would have the power. But by voting Nationalist, they did not expect to fall into such a dictature. In fact, this dictature is accepted because of the Security Council, but thanks to the name of Republic too. If the Consuls becomes Kings of Muotta, the population will either be more obedient or will grow the rows of DVB or of ACB.
Government
Working
Muotta is ruled by four Consuls, chosen by life, when one dies by the three others consuls. They chose the members of the two Councils : the Security council and the Budgetary and Fiduciary Council. The Security Council is chosen every four years by the Consuls, they control the Police, the Army and the political Police called Dvians Scur Consl (Deviance Department in the Security Council); it is a sort of a parallel government, which is ruled only by the Consuls.

The Four Consuls
Today, the four consuls are Prjik Gegen, Dhoijgre Leskela, Rujiogre Murole and Gailhe Derkela.
Dhoigre Leskela is the most liked by the population because he is the most present on dailies and on radios, thanks to his charisma, and thanks to his origins. He was the foundator of the MK Lobby and which rapidly became the majority in Muotta. Then, he was named to the direction of the transports : he created the MTS, the Muottan Transport Network (Muottad Trijaspot Sjela) permitting Muottan to travel in train or by horse during the Summer, relating the major Cities. Then, when Consul Kjifa Drastijk died, he was named to replace him by the others.
Prijk Gegen is the only one to have a far Brikjunder origin, from where he got his name : the name of an old Noble family from Gugen. His great-great-grand-father was Brikjunder, but all his others ancestors were Muottans. Despite this fact, he take care of his Brikjunder origins and opposed to all the measures that could be against the Brikjunder population, all the discriminator measures have been taken before his arrival the 5th of November 2105, but as the others Consuls are against the Brikjunders, he cannot take any measure to make Brikjunder life more easy. He has been named because he installed the Ingliz Special Status, when he was at the head of the Fiduciary Council. He is very popular with the Muottan and the Brikjunder people, but he is hated by the other Consuls and the MK Lobby. He was certainly named because the Consuls feared that the population would revolt themselves if Nationalism was so present.
Rjiogre Murole is oldest and the most Nationalist of the Four Consuls, he was named after having forbidden the use of the Brikjunder language in every part of the country, which would be punished by the death sentence. He is totally the contrary of Prijk Gegen, but as the two others Consuls wanted Gegen to enter, he was named. He is loved by the MK Lobby but hated by a great part of the population.
Gailhe Derkela is the most young Consul of the four. After being chosen to be the Governor of North-Glufjirad, he climbed the steps to the Security Council. His way of dealing with the Brikjunders impressed the Consuls, who quickly put him at the head of the Security Council. He became very well-known in his country after a radio recorded him during a documentary about the work of the Security council, having an querrel with a man in the street, and accusing him to be a Brikjunder spy. When Rudeji Malinowski died, he was named at the head of the State, and as a member of the MK Lobby, he was chosen to be against Prijk Gegen.
Former Consuls
Rudeji Malinowski (†2121) was the only consul who was not from Muottan origins. He was one of the earliest members of the ABL, and he was then named to the Security Council, at the Deviance department. His biggest action has been to arrest the biggest group of DVB, located in the North of Moltu's Outskirts. For this action, he really became popular with the Pro-consular people but very unpopular with the other Muottans because a majority of the members arrested were Sovereign Muottans : on the 40 people group, only 5 were Brikjunders. That is why, when Consul Prijk Gdogre died, he was named as a consul. He was the less popular consul of the Four.
Protestations
Since the Consuls got the power, many groups to fight against autocratic power were created. That is why the majority of the Brikjunders and a part of the Muottan continue to fight for the liberty and creates the Brikjund Republican Movement
At the beggening, they didn't have any flag or slogan and you could enter in it just because you know someone in it contrary to DVB which have a flag, a slogan (Bie partfi te = Be part of it) and recruit according to your demand. Nowadays, ACB recruits according to different criterions, if you were Comunalist, if your family participated to any of the Revolutions, ... Today, relationships between DVB and ACB are getting warmer, but DVB still don't like ACB because of their violence.
To come
In facts, the Consuls dislikes the concept of a Republic, giving too much liberty to another persons than them. Thus, it is very likely that in the following years, the Consular Republic of Muotta become the Kingdom of Muotta, with at the head of it, a quadriumvirate in a first time, but in fact, one of the Consuls will probably take the power for himself.
Languages
Muottan
Muottan is a language that we don't know a lot of thing about. It is a so mysterious language that if it is not your mother tongue, you cannot speak it nor learn it. This language is so complex that if the only possibility to read Muottan books is to read translated books translated by Muottan. The logic of this language is so "original" that even a Muottan cannot explain it. The only possibility for non-Brikjunder speaking people is to learn phrases phonetically, but as many sounds of this languages are not used in any other language, it very difficult too. That is why Ingliz has a special status in Muotta since the Rocrije Revolution.
Ingliz special status
Ingliz has a special status helping people who do not speak Muottan. Ingliz is a half-official Language, every Muottan has to speak Ingliz, it is taught at school for Muottan speaking children, and special schools where classes are entirely in Ingliz. Every official document is written in Muottan and in Ingliz, and there are some Ingliz newspapers from the Regional News to the national News.
Brikjunder
As the Brikjunder population is not recognized as Citizens, the Brikjunder is not an official language. It seems like Muottan in the writing because a lot of names, verbs, and other words are the same but the Grammar and the pronunciation are hugely more simple. Brikjunder has a very simple grammar : all the words are invariable. But, if a word doesn't exist, it will be created from another word which have a similar sense : for example, the town of Moltu ; someone from Moltu is a Moltun, to create an adjective from a noun, you add -n if it ends by a vowel, and you add -an if not. Every nature of word ends by the same letters, therefore, it is simple to create a word.

Economy
As Muotta is on Inaria, it has very few resources. Its principal ressources are : Bauxite (especially in the North-East of the Country), Fish, thanks to the port of Mazoni especially ; Iron, used for the Industry ; Oil in the North-East of the Country ; Precious metals ; Stone and Wood thanks to the forests in the North-East of the Country. In fact, Muotta survives thanks to its industry, helped by the Iron and the Bauxite. Muotta is a great reindeer-country, with the huge lands of mountainous tundra, which permit this huge consumption of reindeer meat everywhere in the Country.
Tourism
Muotta tends to extend its tourism, as the revenues made by its economy of old are not sufficient, but several problems appeared :
- The only way to get to Muotta is by boat, which makes quite a problem for travelers from far countries
- The Brikjunder people is not allowed to go and visit Muotta, therefore, many Brikjunders coming to see the "fatherland" are sent back home, or jailed.
- The climate can forbid any movement to or within the country, making a bad feeling about people stuck in Muotta

The only way to come to Muotta is by boat : there isn't any airport in Muotta. Despite that, the are only two ports open to the World : Rocrije and Woshije. Special boat have been invented to travel at every moment of the year :

- The Tarja Uhji Ledjin Edel 6 called Tule or Thule.
Culture
Sports
The most popular sport in Muotta is the Molontijag (in Muottan) also called Klanxet Frape (in Brikjunder) : it can be translated by hold the flag. Its goal is to put a flag in a special zone, holding the flag with a wooden stick as tall as the player's leg.

Music

Muotta and Brikjund does not have any specific type of music, but remains a very musical land. This is due to a tradition in the both cultures : when one person goes in a foreign country, she has to learn a song there and shall not forgive it during the rest of their life. At the age of 23 years old, the person chooses the one she prefers, and it becames the song they own. During the persons birthday, as an Happy Birthday, the song of the person is sung, and when the person comes to die, this song is sung one last time (until another person choose it) and the title is written on the grave.
