Menali

The City of Menali (Teodino: Lungsod ng Maynali), or simply Menali, is capital of the Theodinnes and one of the municipalities that comprise Metro Menali. The city is located on the eastern shore of Menali Bay on Muzon, the country's largest ethno-political regions.

Menali is the second most populous city proper in the Theodinnes, with more than 1.5 million inhabitants. Only nearby Quiliman City, the country's former capital, is more populous.
