Dovement Vrublijke Brikjund (in Ingliz, the Republican Movement of Brikjund) also called DVB is the greatest contestant group in Muotta.

Ideas

DVB was created to protest against the Consular Power in Muotta. It way of acting have always been none-violent acts : their principal arms are cameras and their radio stations emitting in Muotta and in some others countries in the World. They consider themselves as the "last free journalists in Brikjund and Muotta". Another way of protesting for themselves are the "punch operations" : a big manifestation, like a sit-in or an expedition to share pamphlets of half an hour, to avoid to be caught by the Police.

History

The beginning

DVB was created by three Brikjunder students. At that time, they were fleeing to Deria to avoid to be caught by the Muottan power chasing them. In Deria, they promised themselves to go back soon to Muotta to protest against the Consular power until death, and they created DVB to act this way. Back to Muotta, others Brikjunders and Muottans joined the movement.

The death of Gujilhem Rastaji

The Death of Gujilhem Rastaji is considered as the First crisis into the movement. He was the one who inspired the movement, therefore, his death was a severe hurt for all the Republicans. At that moment, the movement was separated in two groups : those who wanted to stop the movement, and those who wanted to continue to fight. Finally, nobody of the 60 members at that time left thanks to a meeting with Dhoigre Obleka who told them that Rastaji would have wished that the movement continued. He told them that Rastaji's last wish was to be burnt and his ashes dissolved in the Port of his Home town. The movement did all to get Rastaji's corpse. Finally, they got it by bribing the guards of the Ghetto. They burnt it and dissolved his ash in the Port of Mazoni on the 25th of december 2070, after taking care the guards wouldn't disturb them. In memory of Gujilhem Rastaji, the members of DVB always wear a black armband as a uniform, but somes wear it even when dressed in civil.

The Poster Affair

Three years after the death of Rastaji, the inhabitants of Moltu wake up with quite a surprise, on the 25 of May 2073 : everywhere in the streets, posters are sticked on walls, cars, ... telling the "revendications" of DVB in Muottan, Brikjunder and Ingliz (today, the Muottan versins have all disapeared). In fact, none of the DVB leaders have been warned of this action, and moreover, the revendications exposed on the poster were the ones of the Communalist branch. All the authors of that poster are discharged. All the bannished creates a new movement : the Armjie Cmun Brikjund, where, rapidly, a lot of communalist (Muottans and Brikjunders) joined, as well as DVB members fed up with the princip of none-violence.

From 2074 to today

If the none-violence princip was one of the foundamental princip, the way of acting nowadays was adopted only in 2095 : these punch operation are very efficient but they contributed somehow to the arrest of some members caught during these actions. The worst case was in 2103 when a member wearing a black armband was arrested in the street while dealing pamphlets ; he was tortured and reaveled where were hiding one of the groups. A huge operation was launched by Rudeji Malinowski while he was at the deviance department. Unfortunately for them, only 40 members were caught, and only 5 were Brikjunders, all the others were sovereign Muottans. The 5 Brikjunders of the group were executed and the 35 Muottans were brought to the Ghetto of Grimpre, were they died.

Ways of communications

DVB daily

DVB created a daily in 2074, on which news from Muotta, and from the world are treated. It was first directed to the Muottan population who wnated to get informed well about what was happening, but quickly became a reference to the whole world as a source of information from Muotta-Brikjund. If, at the beginning of the daily, the quality of the articles was not quite good, it is really better now with journalists writing from all over the world, and most of the time, Brikjunder journalists who studied in other countries.

DVB Radio

DVB radio was created in 2102, and was at the origin a way to inform more discretely the people inside Muotta, but many problems occurred, as the Security Council was now able to localize the sending place. The project was first abandoned during three month, after what DVB members outside Muotta proposed to make it as a legal radio station in foreign countries, to inform Brikjunders in exile. The radio is still working in Baikal, in Costa Muerta, and many other countries.

DVB TV

DVB TV is actually only a project, but it is seriously thought by the whole DVB direction board.
