Vazany Majetek belongs to the Northern Isles and adjoins the Patronic Ocean. Nearly 2/3 of the island are permanently covered by ice shelf leaving roughly 165,000 km² of its frigid, rocky landscape exposed. The island was discovered as early as the 14th century by the norric clan of Tungslå which also gave the island its norsian name: Fjornahanøy (nynors: Fjernhenøy) - literally "the island far away".

Since 2048 the Kindom of Norya maintains a permanently manned outpost on the island to underline its historic claim and, furthermore, its fishing and exploration rights.

Also the Realms of the Sacred and Imperial Crown of St Stanislaus have claims to Vazany Majetek.
