Valcarma is the the capital city in the North Shurkan Union. It is the industrial, and commercial centre of the North Shurkan Union. It is the second largest city in the North Shurkan Union and in Shurku, located in the center of the country, and lies on the banks of the Korite River. It is also the eleventh largest city in Aurora.
