Prosperitas (officially the Serene Republic Bank for International Cooperation and Development) is an agency of the Government of the Serene Republic to foster international goodwill, and promote a better quality of life and greater prosperity to more people by means of prudent public and private investment and judicious financial or technical assistance. It is the primary arm by which the Government of the Serene Republic extends official development assistance and social development throughout Aurora.

Born to foster a spirit of international cooperation, it is commonly known for its aid packages bearing the seal of the Scarlet Lion, though a significant portion of its work is also done in financing infrastructure projects such as bridges and roads in developing countries, such as the Million Tonkata Highway in Sam'thuma. The Banca is known for its close cooperation with the sovereign wealth funds Lucrosus and Providentialis.

It is one of the largest multilateral source of loans and equity financing for private sector projects in the developing world, and also promotes sustainable development by counseling governments on suitable policies for the greater good.
