History
Av Krav Vast has existed in one form or another since 1256 CE

Government
Av Krav Vazt is a single party state dominated by the Suvernost, the political entity representing the Dominions military and political elite.
Krav has no written Constitution but instead relies on an unwritten and malleable combination of common law, tradition, martial law and Draganal decree.
Dragan
Dragan literally means “dear one” in Oschiv. It is derived from both an honorarium and a hereditary title.
The Dragan is the highest civil and military authority in the Dominion.

The Kvorum (Quorum) is the junior division of the government roughly analogous to most nations Parliaments or Houses of Representatives.

Political Divisions
The Krav Dominion is divided into 3 Srez (Cantons) - Iliass, Senitza and Podyayvo
Iliass is the northernmost Canton, its capital is Visoka

Each Srez is headed by Presyednik (President). The governmental structure mirrors that of the Federal Legislature with Srez Obitsa (Canton Cabinet) and Srez Kvorum (Canton Quorum)
Municipalities have their own particular government structures as required and have limited powers to establish local by-laws and ordinances.
Political Rights
The Krav political system is unique and complex. It is based on merit which in the Dominion translates to ones ability to pay for privilege or to curry patronage.
