Antara
Translithania views Antara with respect and suspicion at the same time. While they have great respect for the Antaran ability to inspire fear in its enemies and project force in ways only the Sacred and Imperial Emperor can only dream at, His Sacred and Imperial Majesty's Government remains somewhat skeptical of Antaran motives.

Catai
His Sacred and Imperial Majesty's Government has not recognized Catai diplomatically since its inception as a Communalist state.
Etruria
Etruria and Translithania have a reciprocal "most favored" diplomatic status and Etrurian citizens may enter and stay within the Realms of the Crown of St Stanislaus up to a six months for tourism purposes, and up to a year after verification and annotation of passports with the local Etrurian embassy.

Hussia
Recognizing close cultural ties with the Hussians, Translithania seeks to improve relations with their neighboring Aesmundan country.

Nathaia
As the dominant power in its region, Nathaia is seen as a desirable friend, though a little quaint in their cultural ways. Their citizens are often regarded as oddities, and more often than not, are the subject of curious stares and gawking not only by commoners, but even by members of the noble families in St Pietersburg.

Odessa
While His Sacred and Imperial Majesty's Government fosters a tendency to be protective of its former colonial ward, the Odessans tend to be disdainful, even rude toward them, for reasons of their economic progress. Odessan positions on issues are frequently opposite those of Translithania except when it clearly serves Odessan interests.

Pravnicka
His Sacred and Imperial Majesty's Government has seen fit not to recognize the resident government in Pravnicka diplomatically since its inception as a Communalist state. Although Communalist Pravnicka maintains an official interests section, which is housed in the Odessan Embassy and accorded diplomatic immunity, His Sacred and Imperial Majesty has not accepted its credentials so it has no official standing in Translithania. Pavle Hrnjak is the Chief of the Pravnick Interests Section.
A Chief of Mission and Ambassador to the Grand Duchy of Pravnicka is still appointed by His Sacred and Imperial Majesty's Government, who mainly liases with a few exiled members of the Pravnick nobility at home and abroad, to whom the Translithanian government extended political asylum. The leader of the royalist faction continues to hold office at the former Embassy of the Grand Duchy in St Pietersburg, where the Court-in-Exile has its primary international headquarters. In this light, it is the smallest sovereign nation in Aurora.

Raipea
Translithania is not particularly engaged with Raipea from a foreign policy perspective, though it had become a favored vacation spot for many of its citizens, both nobles and commoners alike. In light of the recent revolution, however, as with its policy with Pravnicka, His Sacred and Imperial Majesty's Government has seen fit to open the Realms of the Crown of St Stanislaus to loyal supporters of His Majesty Kelolo Taiwea Huleʻa Paheahea V

Sam'thuma
Sam'thuma is and exotic in the minds of most Translithanians, though not as out of Aurora as with the residents of Nathaia. Translithanians see a lot of simple, and yet practical perspectives with the way these people do things. Translithanians from the provinces find a lot in common with Sam'thumans in their folksy charm and easy to do business with, as well as with their time and talent for story-telling and obtuse negotiating.

Torentine Empire
Seen as both a potential rival and a future friend and ally, the Torentine Empire engenders an uncertain foreign policy from His Sacred and Imperial Majesty's Government. Recent events, however, such as the change in sovereign and subsequent betrothal of the Princess Tatiana have led to closer ties and warmer relations between the two monarchical nations.
