The Communalist League, Aurora Wide (CLAW) is a semi-official, yet voluntary, association of Communalist entities. Founded in 2095, CLAW's primary purpose is to further the cause of Absolute Unionism by those means appropriate to the circumstances. It is, in essence, the means for implementing decisions taken by the Auroran Syndicate of Communalists.

Origins
As Yuri Gielbov's philosophical ideals began to take root, the fledgling Communalist countries sought both to support each other and establish a forum to consider and address mutual concerns. Not long after, Fernandina embraced Communalism. CLAW became a reality in March, 2095.
The organization's emblem represents the three founding states, both in the three stars and the main colors: light blue for Sinoptikon, maroon for Fernandina, and green for Pravnicka. The White Division between upper and lower fields symbolizes peace, unity, and resolve among the members.
Functions
CLAW has it's head offices in Zofia, Pravnicka, at Gielbov Hall. Named for Yuri Gielbov, the Translithanian credited with founding Communalism, the building includes the Chambers of the Auroran Syndicate of Communalists. The Syndicate is considered the decision-making body of CLAW.
The Syndicate meets twice annually (in May and November) to consider broad matters of policy, general direction, and practical matters affecting the member states. From the agenda adopted by the Syndicate in it's General Sessions, CLAW's functionaries develop and recommended policies and implement procedures for member states and organizations. In essence, CLAW is the mechanism for implementing the decisions taken by the Syndicate.
Because CLAW draws its staff from across Aurora, the organization fosters understanding of cultural differences among itself. This, then, serves to facilitate conciliation among member states. By providing an informal forum for addressing minor concerns, grievances are resolved instead of becoming major differences.
Long-Standing Roles
First and foremost of CLAW's activities has been expanding knowledge and sharing of information about Absolute Unionism so that all peoples can learn of its benefits and claim them for themselves. Associated with this is the need to assist Communalist states and organizations to achieve and retain the true Communalist concepts. The Benevolent Auroran Society of Communalists (BASC) serves as the chief means for fulfilling these tasks.
Aurora's Future is, perhaps, CLAW's most important undertaking since it supports the well-rounded development of Communalist youth—the future of Aurora; hence the name. Aurora's Future is actually an umbrella organization for Communalist youth movements which seeks to provide consistent direction and purpose for the member organizations and assist with funding activities. Aurora's Future also sponsors the International Festival of Youth, which is held every 2 years. The programs of member youth movements incorporate sports, outdoor skills, understanding of local traditions, values of Absolute Unionism, and technical skills, such as farming, machining, or construction. These provide the youth with personal growth, character development, physical fitness, and confidence.
Role in Solidarity of the Communality
Since Martin Paval's introduction of Solidarity of the Communality in 2116, it's been obviously clear that CLAW should be the primary tool for realizing the Communality. This incorporates trade and enhanced cultural awareness through cultural exchanges, improving the spectrum of education and training, and expanding the activities of Aurora's Future, the youth organization.
As the largest and most significant element of Solidarity of the Communality, economics and trade have become a primary focus of CLAW under the auspices of the Economic Commonweal. A council with permanent representatives from member states and a robust staff of experts, Economic Commonweal recommends policies to ASC and implements the decisions taken.
