The Zilverhaven Port Authority (ZPA) is a port district that runs the harbour activity of the intendance Zilverhaven. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Zilverhaven government. Most of the major bridges, tunnels in the area are also ran by the ZPA. It was founded shortly after the founding of the intendance Zilverhaven. Its purpose is to develop the harbour into one of the largest worldwide. The ZPA also supplies support concerning contacts with foreign investors.
