Zilver
From Scandia
The Zilver is a major Kassatic river, rising in Kassatic Highlands and flowing from there up north to finally drain into the sea. It has a total length of about 800 km (500 miles).
Geography
The Zilver rises from the numerous hills of the Kassatic Highlands. From there it meanders to the north to finally flow into the sea at the town of Kotterhaven.
The Zilver is very navigable and therefore it serves as a connection between the harbours of the north, most dominantly those of Zilverhaven, and the industrial areas upstream.
Obviously the Intendance of Zilverhaven is called after this river. In the old days the importance of the Zilver was already recognized as it brought prosperity to the mouth of the river. So when the Intendance should get it's name there was only one obvious name to think of.
