The Vladevanian GmbH is a loose alliance that resulted following the central government crisis in 1532. The crisis was caused by the inability of state leadership to exercise an effective control over the eastern and the western provinces, of which some were sliding into the variable stages of anarchy while other were constantly demanding a greater autonomy and a foreign intervention to the domestic problems. On January 15th, 1532 the parliament of Vladevania could not reach a quorum on the issue of telecommunications networks sharing adding to the long list of dead end political issues. Some delegates of the parliament threatened to leave the capital of Besarab thus terminating any function of the government. A coup d'etat was attempted by the military leadership of the Majetok province, since it was controlling the troops in the area. However it only succeeded in holding together a small fraction of the provinces and gradually lost control even there. For the following 13 years the provinces had attempted to create some sort of a confederation with a variable amount of success and failure. On December 16, 1535 a Declaration of Stanislau was signed unanimously underlining the confederative nature of the state to some areas of defense, trade and infrastructural alliance while providing wide avenues of action for the individual statehood of the members.
