The Teuvian Cultural Federation (TCF) is an international organization promoting international relations between speakers of the Teuvian language.

Goals
The goals of this organization are:
- exchange programs of students, scholars and artists;
- the global education in Teuvian as a second language;
- the exchange of films, music, theatre, literature, and the like;
- the translation of films, music etc. in other languages to Teuvian.

History
The proposal for the formation of the TCF in early 1532 was an initiative of Friederike Adler in her role as Professor of Teuvian Culture at the Stadtisches Lyzeum Linberg.
The first council of the federation was at March 24 1532 in the Great Synagogue of Linberg. Representatives totaling 3,000 from Schwerdt, Riechstadt, Kassaten, and Cruiswieck were present.

Organization
At the founding conference, it was decided that every present member state would proclaim two members of the Central Board. The first of these members were:

- Heinz Kleibl (Riechstadt) - representative of Riechstadt
- Dr. rer. soc. Pieter Knüppel (Schwerdt) - representative of Schwerdt
- Dip. Lisl Ruß (Schwerdt) - representative of Schwerdt
