General Information

The Stîrr (or Σ) is the currency of the People's Republic of Zîrkæ. Usually 'ZKS' is used as currency symbol. The marking Σ can also be seen sometimes, although it has got slightly disused.

1 Stîrr is devided in 100 Šêntoç. The word Stîrr is derived from stîrron, which means silver. The National Bank of Zîrkæ guarantees the coverage of the money in silver. On all banknotes can (still) be read "can be exchanged for silver after announcement".

  • 1 Cc = 0,75 ZKS
