Reluriaa is the second most populous city in Valania. It is also the capital of the province of the same name.
Rebellion

For several years, starting in 1532, the northern provinces seethed with unrest against theocratic rule. This unrest came to a head in Reluriaa on 19th February 1534. Rioters stormed the City Hall, killing the provincial governor along with several senators. A democracy was subsequently declared, but crushed by the Legions. This rebellion was seen by many as the beginning of the end for the Theocracy in Valania.
