Largest Santosbourger city, and the capital of the Technate. Population of the city itself is 1,210,000 -- the metropolitan area totals 1,892,000. Founded in approximately 470, as a fishing village. Hub and headquarters for the San'Emilo Railway, a Technate enterprise extending into five neighboring nations.
