GmbH
From Scandia
Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbH) is Teuvian for a type of a legal entity possible both within and outside the statehood of a particular country. Literally translated to Ingallish as company with limited liability, the name of the GmbH form emphasizes the fact that the owners (Gesellschafter, also known as members) of the entity are not personally liable for the company's debts and certain actions.
